What do you like best about Sprinklr Insights?
In the LISTENING section, you can independently and precisely configure the queries you want to monitor across a wide range of channels. You can then categorize mentions according to predefined or customized categories, which is great for producing accurate reports on the topics discussed, without having to rely solely on Sprinklr's AI automated classifications.
In the BENCHMARKING section, the user experience is also very good. You can follow a large number of brands, and the widgets are very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
