The dashboard are well designed and show the datas i've been looking for without making me use many filters which reduces the amount of time i spent on work. I'ts easy to implement and use because the insight is allocated to the same software i talk to my customers daily. I use it more or less once in a week . I never needed to reach their customer support because the app just work as intended. It's fully integrated on sprinklr social which is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
