Among tasks which poses challenges is being able to track the data I need to effectively assess campaign performance. Springboot applications are already supported by inbuilt tomcat server and dependencies are already catered using auto-configurations. It is modular in design and well integrated with our workforce management and HR Payroll processing systems for Call Center agents. This is being used on daily basis for transferring agents shifts data to HR Payroll and commissions processing systems. Sometimes it gives us feeling that Springboot was not suitable to handle large amount of data or applications.
