What do you like best about Sprig?

Before using Sprig we weren't doing very much research. We didn't have time for it and weren't very good at asking questions that wouldn't bias the customer. Sprig has made it very easy to get insights from our customers without needing to schedule Zoom calls. I like the templates and the AI analysis. We're using both concept testing and surveys. What do you dislike about Sprig?

I would love more features to help me conduct even more types of research. Sprig has become my go-to tool, and I would love to use it for more of my day-to-day job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
