What do you like best about Spotnana?

I have used multiple travel sites and booked directly with hotels/airlines/car rental agencies but have never been sold on using one or the other. I would typically look for the best deal and book what I thought would save me the most. Spotnana is the best of both worlds because they save money and make the experience seamless. I have had to change flights a few times, and I either wrote in to support or changed directly in the app without any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spotnana?

I fly Delta primarily and have status with them to the point where I get upgraded to Comfort + for free on every flight. When I need to change a flight, an error pops up, making it so I can't change a flight if I have been upgraded for free without the help of support. Once that is fixed, changing a flight will be even more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spotnana solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have combined all of the needs of travel into one platform and built a user interface that is actually easy to book from. Booking trips now take minutes vs. ~20 minutes jumping around to different sites. They also auto-upload receipts for me so I don't need to worry about receipts on my transactions.
