What do you like best about Spotler Mail+?

We have been using Spotler since August 2022. Before that the onboarding process was pretty smooth. We're really getting to know the systems (pure360 and Squeezely) well and taking things slowly to make sure we learn as much as we can about the various elements. The power of the tools, i.e. the things they help us do, is absolutely awesome. And our CSR, Kristian, is the best. We still have weekly calls with him to talk about the ways we are currently using the tools, and brainstorm ideas for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spotler Mail+?

There are a few small things that make using Spotler a challenge. We'd like to see an integration between our ERP and Spotler. So far we have to do the things we want manually. Additionally, Spotler looks at email marketing on a personal scale, using consumer data to carry on your email marketing programs to consumers. With our previous tool we had simply done bulk emails to large lists. We are transitioning our thinking from the old to the new. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spotler Mail+ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our email program has become much more robust and a bit more personalized. We want to become even more personalized, but the transition takes time. As we have become used to how pure360 and Squeezely work, we've become more efficient in email marketing.
