I like how easy SPOTIO makes it to find properties and report on experiences with them, keeping not just me but the whole business up to date. The seamless experience allows me to avoid using multiple apps or notes, as I can go straight to SPOTIO and ensure that all the information is shared across the company without anything being lost. It makes my job easier by helping me identify good leads and properties that are potential candidates for the product. The initial setup of SPOTIO was very easy too. I think maybe I don't know if this is a SPOTIO problem or if it's like, my company problem, but sometimes I'd be able to see things on my company side that wouldn't sync up correctly with the SPOTIO side. Sometimes there'd be that confusion, and so I don't know if that's just the company side or SPOTIO side, but that was something that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
