What do you like best about SpotHopper?

Great experience and very intuitive platform. It offers a lot of useful tools for managing and improving our online presence. What stood out the most was the level of support I received.

Stephen Bell, our Brand Manager, was extremely helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took the time to walk me through the platform while providing valuable insights on how to better utilize the tools available. His guidance made a big difference in helping me feel confident using the system and getting most out of it.

What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?

From managing catering inquiries, job applicants, Google reviews, and more, it’s been a lot easier to stay on top of everything. Instead of juggling multiple platforms and separate website tools, everything is centralized in one system. That cuts down on manual work and saves time that would otherwise be spent switching between different tools and managing them individually.

The biggest benefit for me has been how much it simplifies attracting and retaining customers. It makes digital marketing feel effortless, and it also provides clear insights into what’s working so I can focus on what actually delivers results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
