What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I like that I have control over content; text, photos, pricing, availability. The pricing is fair and we no longer have to deal with additional/outdated plug-ins. Our online orders have allowed us to increase our sales. We have never experienced any difficulties with our site and it performs quite smoothly. The pre-scripted posts to our social media allows us to free up our time and having the option to manually tweak the posts to fit our customer base is awesome. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

Haven't really had many problems. I can always reach out to my assigned representatives for any questions or concerns that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?

We inherited an outdated website when we purchased the business. SpotHopper has allowed us to build, maintain and edit any refining on the spot and in real time. Because we're in Hawaii, the time difference can make it difficult to communicate with reps for trouble-shooting. We haven't run into any communication problems, since signing up with the company.
