It's great to have all of our central hospitality assets in one place where we can at a glance see exactly what's happening, who's going and what part of the process the guest is at. The support that Katy provides as our Success Manager is second to none too, she's so full of knowledge and makes things I might find tricky to do so easy and she explains the solutions really well. The system can sometimes feel quite complex and to change something relatively small can sometimes feel like a bit of a task if you have to go in to various parts of the site (specific emails, colour schemes etc). Also sometimes when guests have been invited, the info icons next to their name of if they've received, opened the email etc can sometimes not update or it just says 'processing' which can be confusing.
