"Centralized Telemetry and Real-Time Insights That Speed Up Troubleshooting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Splunk Observability Cloud?

What I like best about Splunk Observability Cloud is its ability to bring infrastructure, application, and service telemetry into one centralized platform. The real-time dashboards, alerts, and service dependency views make it easier to identify performance issues and determine their root cause quickly. Its integrations with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and other monitoring tools also simplify data collection. This has improved our troubleshooting workflow, reduced the time spent switching between tools, and helped us detect issues before they significantly affect users. What do you dislike about Splunk Observability Cloud?

The initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially when integrating multiple data sources and fine-tuning dashboards, detectors, and alerting rules. The interface also has a learning curve, and troubleshooting high-volume telemetry can sometimes feel overwhelming. More guided configuration, clearer cost-usage visibility, and simplified navigation between infrastructure and application views would improve the overall experience.
