What do you like best about SplendidCRM Enterprise?

I've been following SplendidCRM's journey since it began in 2005 or thereabouts. It initially was a .NET / SQL Server port of SugarCRM but soon overtook SugarCRM in terms of functionality. I certainly like its suitability to a Microsoft environment and its ease of extension by .NET developers without PHP / MySQL knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SplendidCRM Enterprise?

Not all of it is open source, but that's not unsurprising - it has to have a business model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SplendidCRM Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

SplendidCRM helped us when we wanted a custom application - not a CRM, specifically, though it did that, but a labour-hire solution to manage a pool of skilled contractors and workers who could be on-hired elsewhere.
