What do you like best about Splashtop Remote Access?

What I like best about Splashtop Remote Access is how easy and reliable it is. Setup was simple, and I was able to guide my client through their side of the process over the phone. I have had no problems connecting, the pricing is very reasonable, and the desktop app makes it easy to switch between my client’s computer and my own work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Splashtop Remote Access?

At this point, I haven’t encountered anything I dislike about Splashtop Remote Access. It has been reliable, easy to use, and has met my remote-access needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Splashtop Remote Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

Splashtop allows me to remotely access a bookkeeping client’s computer and work directly in their QuickBooks Desktop file without traveling to their office. Transferring files is also very easy, allowing me to save reports on my own computer for review and recordkeeping. This saves time and helps me serve my client more efficiently.
