**What do you like best about Splash?**

With Splash, you can easily create clean and attractive event pages that are mobile-responsive. They also have great that help you track ROI. Additionally, the use of custom URLs is great for tracking the best channels for promotion.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Splash can sometimes fail to save work, time out unexpectedly. There are tons of issues that occur with duplicating records, it's best to just create things from scratch to avoid issues, although that can be time-consuming.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps me have a seamless integration between our ATS and CRM, cutting out most of the manual work to track the applicant lifecycle post-event. This enables me to forecast future performance and set goals.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I like the flexibility and the automation of certain tasks as well as the customization options to build a luxury elegant event experience. The user interface for non-designers (like myself) as well as the ability to duplicate existing templates is key when creating multiple events.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The lack of custom email templates. They all look dated and kind of clunky. They don't match the landing page experience. There should also be an easily sharable invite for third parties.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We feel that Splash has helped us to engage with B2B, B2C, and press in regional markets at scale. We would not have been able to do this through other platforms with limits they set on sends, nor could we have easily customized the content we shared with them to provide a unique experience.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I love the layouts and the many possibilities we have when building event pages. I love that we can make the event private or with passwords or restrict it to some lists only, and I love the hubs.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It's not user friendly enough for me - I've used other tools and I never had issues, but with this one it happens often that after I create a page I see the title of the registration page is wrong, or that the confirmation email comes with a wrong subject, or that the export data of guests still have questions from old registration forms that I've changed for mine...

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's great to manage registration for events and to make it look nice. It's also nice because I can send hubs to our Program members and they can decide what to sign up for.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I like the customising choices for creating a luxury exquisite event experience, as well as the flexibility and automation of some duties. When generating many events, the user interface for non-designers (like myself) is critical, as is the option to clone existing templates. I enjoy that anyone on my team can quickly develop an event website without needing to know any programming. They have lovely templates to choose from, or you can make your own using your brand requirements.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

While Splash and the rest of us were thrown into the virtual event world, we found it extremely challenging to develop high-quality virtual events. The platform seemed to be in good working order, although there were numerous issues. In addition, there are instances when I wish we could make changes to the calendar invite that is delivered to registrants. It is currently not possible to enable reminders in the invite.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organisation holds a lot of trainings in various locations. As a result, splash enables us to handle all of our events and registrations from an one location for the entire firm. They enable us to change the design so that all events appear to be owned by Culture Amp, as well as give excellent on-demand choices.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is extremely user-friendly. It's very easy to navigate and is quite an intuitive tool. It has been comprehensive and useful in executing my marketing programs. They also have fantastic customer service. I get my issues resolved within hours and it's very personalized and detailed which I appreciate!

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Splash can sometimes be a little tricky when it comes to editing or formatting. There are just some features that make it difficult for the user to adjust small things. It's pretty rigid and you really have to know your ins and outs to successfully and quickly adjust things.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash is a very turnkey product and that's helped enable a lot of our teams to save other teams time. It also saves me time as the user which leads to being able to focus on the more important initiatives in my job.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I appreciate how easy it is to check attendees in at an event through the splash app. We checked in over 900 attendees in 45 min. Highly recommend! Not to mention it is user-friendly!

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There are times that I wish that we could edit the calendar invite being sent to registrants. It currently does not allow us to turn on reminders in the invite.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

I recommend it if you have users who are not very experienced and have a large number of events.

We host a lot of trainings at multiple locations for our company. So splash allows us to manage all of the events and the registrations in one sole source for the whole company.

I love how user-friendly it is. It makes it super easy to build landing pages and emails for any type of event you need. I also love how you can create templates for each type of event.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I don't like how you can't customize the forms to restrict the things that are filled in by other people.

We use Splash to promote all of our field events. We use it to create landing pages and reminder emails for each event. We also use it to gather contact information from each guest so that we can send them swag or food boxes.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I like that anyone on my team can create an event website in no time without any programming knowledge. They have beautiful templates to use or you can create one with your brand guidelines. Makes creating repeat events a breeze! The emailing platform is even better, you can WYSIWYG emails and very quickly create templates to use again and again. It saves an incredible amount of time and headaches and allows for easy A/B testing if you would like to go that route. The attendde tracking is awesome as well and very thourough and you can easily export your information to use in other platforms.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

While Splash got thrust into the virtual event world along with the rest of us, we found it very difficult to create quality virtual events. The platform looks like it should work great, but there were consistent bugs. I do trust Splash to come up with the proper solution as they are always enhancing their platform and integrating new features! I would only shy away from it if your primary event type is virtual and you have no other solution for stable video connection with your audience.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Get the customer service package unless you are a small team that is tech savvy. It will get you off on the right foot and make your life easier in the end. While I didn't use the virtual programming components my team had to pay a lot more in the end. If we didn't have the budget to do another virtual event I would try Splash out again because they are always updating their platform. There's always new templates, features, seminars on how to conduct great events etc. They are a great service and I'm happy to use them.

Making event websites and wonderfully designed emails is a breeze. Also, their attendee tracking system is leagues ahead of what we used previously. It is a one stop shop for your event marketing needs. Their support is fantastic and quick and there are tons of videos ot show you the ropes if you are someone who learns by doing.

My favorite thing about SPLASH is the ease of building site. Splash offers many tools to help easily convert your event page and build it out efficiently and effectively

Sometimes, with Splash, it is difficult to change things, easily move things around splash. I wish there was a tad more freedom on the use of tools and their capabilities.

Splash is beautiful, and we're able to custom brand every aspect, from the landing page to the registration form to the emails... it's great!

It's definitely made for designers, and event planners will struggle with some of the more complex design elements.

We use it for paid events, free events, invites to virtual events... and it's always a consistent experience!

Easy to use.  Templates make things simple to modify and create registration pages.

Hard to modify templates - ie  - hard to change sizes of headlines ect.

Have trouble modifying templates.   The benefit is the simple integration with Salesforce.  More productive with integration and easy to track campaigns.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is very a very versatile platform for events. It does a great job of combining registration, list management, communications, virtual and experiential events in one platform. Best all-in-one platform in my opinion. Very user-friendly and intuitive. It take a bit to get into the swing of, but you can work around just about anything you need to solve for.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There are certain limitations that can be painful for agencies. There isn't an ability for one user to manage multiple client accounts, so you have to set up a new login with new email for every client. Their new virtual platform is very expensive as well. On-site their app is great. I do wish they had a way for event attendees to sign something like a Docusign though. 

One thing that may just be part of my experience is that their support is great, very responsive and helpful....but account managers are not as responsive and less willing to help. I'm not sure if they're overworked, but definitely a way different experience than with other platforms. If anything is needed to be rushed, you can assure they are not going to rush anything for you. Implementing a vanity URL is not $500 and can take up to a week. This updated in the middle of our contracts and definitely frustrated with these types of changes. They are NOT by any means easy to work with. 

Want to set up your site? They take 3 WEEKS to get your instance created. I manage multiple accounts in Splash and am very well versed, but they still require on-boarding every time, mostly so they can collect money on it I'm assuming.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

Really make sure you know what you are getting and make sure you have time to create your pages once you contract. Get everything you can in writing from them.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the platform for multiple clients and have used it in about every way possible. In-person/hybrid/virtual as well as paid functions like email whitelabeling and everything has been smooth or we've found some way to work around things we have trouble solving for.

integrations with my CRM, saving time for upcoming events, and now I can launch events in a matter of hours.  Within the benefits, saving time, no need for more people on the team to create landing pages and invites.  Easy to duplicate events, so you don't have to start from scratch every time.

I find the most difficult part is aligning blocks and elements... there are many times they will get wonky and it can take a long time to fix

Splash makes the whole event process come to life. It works well with lots of tech to ensure you can create good and consistent events each time. The design tools are great and the platform integrates well with Salesforce making it easy to keep track of campaign members.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Sometimes the integrations can be tricky to set up and the documentation online on certain subjects can be tricky to find.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we switched most of our events strategy to online with Splash, we were able to create very high-quality events and webinars by using Splash. They allow us to update the design so it looks like all events are owned by Culture Amp, and provide great on-demand options.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is synonymous with creating hype around an event that you want to get out in the public eye. People trust the platform, so if you're looking to create more of a "splash" around a brand, this is the way to do it. People are more inclined to sign up for whatever you are trying to market through Splash in my own experience. The results don't lie, and I've seen a dramatic increase in how people and engage with the marketing of the brand I've created. The interface is also a nice feature and easy to use on a desktop setting without having to give too much thought to creating something that will click with clients.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I dislike that there aren't ways to create digital logos through the app. I often have to incorporate my own stuff through a separate app. I think that if there was a feature through the Splash app, it would be a go-to for so many marketers and it wouldn't even be a competition to use the platform. The sales team really guided me in the right direction to sign up for the platform but disappeared when I had additional questions as to how to continue to find ways of creating success. A lot of that was done through trial and error on my part. I wish there was more assistance after the sign up process to maintain ongoing client retention throughout the years of using it.

Don't be afraid to sign up for an event. It is easy to do!

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am creating quite the contact list through Splash. Many more people are using my services because of the ease of signing up. I wish that I used it sooner with the right guidance because it is such an ideal way to raise awareness of events. It's the golden standard, and I realized that more people are hopping on it. Users tend to send around invites through their own social media channels which is marketing that pays off in itself. After setting up an event, word of mouth is a tool that sends your business to the next level.

I love cloning my past events and making changes to my new event. makes it fast and easy to use.

Sometimes it's hard to have the right visual on the landing page. I have to play around with the image, text, and color.

This is an easy-to-use platform, where many users can work on the same events together. It's also a way to manage many events at the same time. I also like that i can use my content from one event to my other ones.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The UI is pretty easy to learn and the built-in email integrations are second to none.  It is very user-friendly and the help team at Splash is always willing to help if you get stuck.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I wish there were a little more editability when it comes to drag and drop on certain pages.  Sometimes you really have to tinker in settings instead of just putting an element where you would like.

The learning curve can be a bit steep at first but once you get the hang of it Splash is such a great tool.

The email functionality and ability to run events from the platform are fantastic.  It's so easy to manage an event all in one place with splash, and the integrations are excellent.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I like that Splash is so user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love the different options and styles one can use to create an event page, it looks very professional when sending an invite. The option also to keep track of your RSVP's and that you can select a cut off point so that members know they are on a waitlist. I also love the option of having slack on a mobile device or tablet which allows you to keep track of RSVP's on the go. Really useful tool in our building and for the types of events we cater.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There is nothing i dislike about Slack in particular. Perhaps the fact that members can send messages to us via the platform, as these can get lost in our emails.

- Helps us to keep track of our guest lists

**What do you like best about Splash?**

We love using splash as we have the opportunity to change up themes depending on our event or campaign currently running. We also have the option of modifying some themes, and making changes are easy! Support is always on hand for when we may have a question. We love how we can get inspired by the themes that already exist on the site, and modify an event after it's published.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

We would love more themes if possible? Also, a lot of the current themes are not great for logo placement which has proved a challenge in the past, as they always end up too small. Perhaps more additions of header and footer options would help? We would also like to improve the security of the site as we have had people say the pages are blocked due to the page security, which can be disappointing. This is despite the fact we had paid for the additional protection and a go daddy URL.

**Recommendations to others considering Splash:**

I would recommend using Splash as it has completely transformed the look and feel of our events from the offset. It allows us to set a campaign theme or idea and run with it from the start and sets us apart from competitors

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Safe collection of data, and aligned this data collection with our own company branding and premium quality of service we like to offer our existing client and potential clients. We have also realized the benefit of the drag and drop approach when building out websites. We have also learned through trial and error that less is more in terms of encouraging sign-ups for events through splashthat. We have learned through customizing our URLs that guests are more trusting.

Reporting could be a little easier and less filter dependent. Customizable letters are difficult to copy to further events and 'stages' functionality could be a bit better.

I love the look and feel of Splash as a user and feel the experience is very intuitive for our customers and partners who use it. As an administrator, I enjoy leveraging templates and the ease of access to Splash Pro Support. I feel very taken care of by the team when issues do arise. Also, it's easy enough to use and teach others how to administer on the backend. I trust that the experience for me building will not come with a set of issues that will arise for my audience.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

In short, data and integration of data with Salesforce for measuring impact. It's still a manual process for us to upload lists in order to tag appropriately to customer account IDs. I also think more knowledge of how Splash supports accessible design and production is something we will need in the future as we navigate building more inclusive and accessible virtual programs.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash allows our small event team to produce creative and functional pages very quickly. We have been longtime users of splash, and the platform has only improved over the years as they are constantly upgrading and expanding the features monthly.  We are constantly inspired by new themes, new features, and new products to think outside of the box. The game-changer within splash is that everything is so customizable. We can create an elaborate event, or we can keep it as simple as we want – the options are limitless!  We have cut our workload in half, saving us 2 hours at least per event, due to the features like libraries where we save our frequently used registration forms, email templates, etc.  Another front-runner feature is our Event Hub, where we can promote our upcoming webinars and events on our website with one click of a button – brilliant! The software offers everything you need from start to end of the event process. We are constantly receiving compliments for ease of use of our registration.  With that said, attendance to our webinars has more than doubled since utilizing Splash to promote our events consistently. I highly recommend Splash to anyone who is pushing out event pages on the regular!

We run into snags here and there, but between our Account rep and Splash’s support, we have been able to receive the help we need.

We use Splash for everything, internal team meet-ups, customer-facing webinars, and sponsorships.  It is so simple to create an event just how you want it and capture all the data you need.  We can make a page look any way we desire, and that is so critical with the wide variety of pages we create.

I love how easy the platform is to use. You can set up and quickly sync to your CRM, send an email, and cc'd teams needed. It's a great plug-and-play solution that allows you to customize. The team is also insanely responsive and helpful.

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I used Splash to organize events for launching and expanding a digital media service. Besides providing a digital landing page for handling event logistics, Splash also enabled me to communicate with attendees via an email function regularly. The interface for making event pages is generally easy to use, as is the interface for custom email templates. I used Splash to send automated reminder emails to hundreds of people on an existing mailing list. They were able to connect with us through both email and the Splash page. You don't need a developer or designer to create on-brand marketing materials with Splash.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some content blocks are less responsive than others in the design process. The service is pricey.

Try the free version before committing to a plan.

Splash let my company run multiple events with an enhanced, professional image. It was an excellent way to connect with our audience before the event. Organizing event registration is seamless with Splash.
