## Splash Reviews
  ### 1. Seamless Event Management with Excellent Engagement Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash makes organizing and promoting events incredibly easy. The intuitive interface lets me create visually appealing invitations and manage RSVPs efficiently. The platform’s automation features save time and help maximize event attendance. I also appreciate the detailed analytics, which provide valuable insights to improve future events. The support team is always responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

While Splash is powerful, the initial setup can be overwhelming for new users due to the abundance of features. Some design customizations feel a bit limited without coding knowledge. Occasionally, large-scale integrations with other platforms require extra troubleshooting. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall benefits.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash streamlines the entire event lifecycle—from planning to execution—by bringing registration, communication, and analytics into a single platform. I can easily create branded landing pages, automate email invites, and track attendee engagement in real time, which saves considerable time and reduces manual work. The platform’s integrations with CRM and marketing tools allow me to sync event data instantly, helping our team prove ROI and continuously improve future events. As a result, we deliver more engaging and successful events with less effort.

  ### 2. Simple, Reliable, and Packed with Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayur Z. | Web Developer and SEO Expert, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is incredibly easy to use, with a clean interface that makes event creation and customization straightforward. The RSVP management tools are excellent, and the templates look professional right out of the box. I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates with other tools, saving me a lot of time during event planning.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There’s nothing major to dislike, but I do wish there were more advanced customization options for analytics without upgrading plans. Also, a slightly faster load time on the design editor would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not faacing any issue ans problems

  ### 3. A Refreshing Experience with Splash

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trusha S. | UI/UX and Webflow Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Splash?**

From a clean dashboard, you can build everything from landing pages to registration forms to email campaigns. Users report being able to launch an entire event experience in minutes, without design or IT support

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Takes time to get confident using all features effectively.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash is solving one of the biggest challenges in event marketing: creating, managing, and scaling high-impact events efficiently. Before using Splash, organizing events involved juggling multiple tools for invites, registration, branding, analytics, and follow-ups — which was messy and time-consuming.

  ### 4. Easy Integration, but Documentation Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evan W. | Athletics IT Student Gameday Support, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I worked on the integration aspect of it, and it was fairly easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Documentation could've been better, as I had to research a tad bit extra on how to get the Slack integration

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped our marketing team plan events

  ### 5. Excellent Platform for Events

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I love how easy it is to create professional-looking event pages without needing to know any coding.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some features are not very intuitive and require a bit of a learning curve, especially for first-time users.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash allows us to create beautifully branded event pages and emails that match our company’s visual identity, which helps strengthen brand consistency.

  ### 6. User Friendly Event Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrol V. | Sr. Engagement Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is very user-friendly. My team and I typically use it to manage our physical events, whether they are single-day or multi-session. I must say, all the touchpoints and tools are highly customizable, meeting our needs for landing page layout, theme, and data flow between systems. Additionally, I am quite impressed with the Splash support team; they are robust and supportive, resolving all queries and concerns within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some of the system-generated features are not customizable, like the QR code pdf & sometimes I also face difficulties with adjusting the blocks & columns' height & width across devices.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All Bentley physical events are managed using Splash, from creating the RSVP landing page to checking in guests at the event. Splash is an all-in-one tool that has significantly simplified our lives by allowing us to handle most event-related tasks with just one platform, which is fantastic.

  ### 7. Really disappointed in the customer experience

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina D. | Senior Field Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is a user-friendly platform, but the website builder is quite limiting and can be challenging to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The company I work for has been using Splash for about seven years—the contract was already in place when I joined the team in 2021. While Splash has gotten the job done, it has had its pain points (mainly with integrations) and lacks many features offered by other platforms like Cvent. For the past three years, we’ve relied on Splash for our smaller events (400 attendees and below) and Cvent for our larger user conference. Like many organizations, we’re now focusing on tech consolidation to save costs, which led us to end our contracts with both Splash and Cvent in favor of a challenger in the space.

Unfortunately, during this transition, two of my events were built on Splash and scheduled just one week after our Splash contract expired. I reached out to our Customer Success Manager to request a two-week extension, and we were prepared to pay for it. However, I received a frankly insulting proposal (5 days later) to extend for six months, despite our seven years of loyalty.

Our experience with Splash has often been marred by poor customer experience and slow response times for urgent issues. For example, in May 2023, THREE of our event landing pages went down (a few days before our global roadshow series) at 11 a.m., and we didn’t receive a follow-up until AFTER 3 p.m. Additionally, we struggled to build helpful and collaborative relationships with the various Customer Success Managers we were assigned over the years.

Overall, I’m disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I walk away from this relationship feeling undervalued and disheartened. I've been buying event software for 10+ years and this experience has led me to believe that I would NOT consider Splash in my next RFP process.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Splash for event management- landing pages, confirmation messages, and registration forms. I don't use Splash for marketing emails like invites to actual events due to the limited ability to customize the email templates.

  ### 10. Smooth Transition - Acts as a bridge between the loading process and main interface.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Consistency Across Platforms like Offers a unified look across different devices or platforms.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Might not be screen reader friendly or easy to skip.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without a splash screen, parts of the UI may load at different times, causing flickering or layout shifts. Splash screens hide this behavior, delivering a smoother first-time experience.

  ### 14. A++ Customer Service with Splash

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danisha B. | Event Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The ease in which I can quickly re-create a registration page by duplicating a previous page. I can make edits quickly as needed as well, whenever I want to. Also, the splash customer service is probably the best I have ever encountered. Not only are they very responsive, they are quick, super knowledgable, super heplful and along with their explanations, they send videos showing you how to do something. One of the best perks of the entire system!!!

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It is an extra charge to include ceros links which we like to use and a lot of the design is based on boxes. Also, the fact that you cannot add a QR code into the body of a confirmation email sucks.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not sure what problems are being solved...I've requested a few changes in the past and we have been told that maybe in the future.

  ### 15. Splash rocks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan P. | Marketing Manager LATAM, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Splash?**

It is very intuitive and friendly to use

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Limited images from the stock, maybe images with multiple subjects

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminates the dependency on design third party agencies

  ### 16. A complacent SW solution which I'd expect to loose its market position to innovators

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pavel B. | Senior Field Marketing Manager, CEE, CIS and Israel, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

It does what is expected: builds landing pages, registers users, provides confirmations and mailing services, integrates with CRMs and systems like Eloqua. Customer support usually replies fast, however in many cases they won't accept the issue as an issue ("it;s expected behavior") or would reconfirm that functionality is not currently available and there is no roadmap for it....

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

User experience is like 10 years back ... Interface is far from intuitive and often illogical and misleading (e.g. would you expect calendar attachment settings to be located under "event setting - metadata"? Or share card settings in dedicated "facebook" section to impact also LinkedIn and Twitter sharing as well?; event title on the main block by default would use "capitalize" text transformation, while the interface selector would show "none", and only after using the selector at least once would it synch up with reality; there is no way to import agendas or multiple links from spreadsheets, must do manual copy-paste element by element; no way to mass import domain restrictions, again manual entry one by one, and so on). Some features won't work as expected (cropping images for speaker section often has irregularities. Drag-and-Dropping an image won;t work thought declared, only navigation via folder browser works). Some other much needed and expected features are not present -- e.g. there is no way to transfer reg forms from one event to another; when using Hubs, UTM parameters won't be passed to reg pages hosted within the hub. International/localized formats for date and time are not supported (try getting your month displayed in German for example) . Guest list search and sorting has many irregularities, especially when there are non-english language characters used: central-european characters with diacritics (e.g. "Ł") won't sort as expected, and sorting result would not match sorting order of the same list exported into excel. No real Drag and drop editing - only rearranging items in the side panel, and editing width, margins and padding parameters there. Compare to e.g. Google Sites and Splash looks like a stone age. Not a mobile-first approach either, instead it;s building desktop-first pages. Some system behaviors are driven by the internal SW design rather than user journey: go to email confirmation screen, then into eail confirmation design, then click back - and you find yourself at the main screen of Email Sender. I raised that to SUport and was told that was "expected beahavior, because email confirmations are actually implemented via email sender". No that's not expected, sorry. I want to get back to my previous screen. But maybe that's indeed too much to expect - as there is not even a CTRL-Z functionality to roll back recent edits! And no support for collaborative edits / no protection, so beware if your event is open for editing by two people, or by you in two browser windows. If there are edits in both, hitting SAVE in the 2nd would superseed any changes made in the first, so they would be lost. Used to be a big issue if someone had forgotten to log off and kept the unedited version open, and would then hit save after say half a day... now Splash has auto log off which sometimes is too fast.... And the whole guest list export concept via emailing a new URL each time is so unfriendly... Why not have the file dynamically update at the same URL always? This would also ease the limitation of scheduled export being available only at 9 am once a day.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Create a landing page, provide registration functionality, reminder and follow-up emails, and feed registrants into CRM via integration

The simple and easy-to-understand layout helps me track and monitor each event properly.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

You can't sort columns (event date, name etc.)

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing every training within the state, keeping track of who attends and checks into each training.

  ### 18. An exceptional event/attendee management platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

  ### 19. This software provides reliable solution for simplifying event management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly K. | Senior Event Coordinator, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

In my opinion, Splash’s most significant advantage is that it offers a full range of solutions to help manage events. That is why it has a list of customizable templates for event pages and invitation cards to help with designing. It is also quite useful in integration with our CRM and email marketing where it allows for easy guest list synchronization and successful management of RSVPs. This integration clears our event planning process and reduces the input of many hands on data processing making it efficient.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Another weakness of Splash is that the application’s reporting features are not exceptionally versatile. The analytics are good enough, but not necessarily good enough to allow me to just drill down into understanding event performance at a much more granular level. The other challenge is that some of the features require additional time for those people on the teams who are not fully conversant with the application. These have, at times, hampered our planning and analysis of events mainly in event planning.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash has proved useful in addressing several problems that relate to management of events particularly in relation to data management for attendees. The eventpages are easy to build and to manage and the link with our CRM system and email marketing tools helps to keep our guestlists centrality and to monitor the RSVPs. This has made the events to be better organized and reduced burden of data entry hence making the events run more efficiently.

  ### 20. A really comprehensive solution for event organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahbod M. | Senior Event Coordinator, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

My favorite feature in Splash is definitely the comprehensive system for managing events. It is hassle free to build and style the event pages, and it has helped us simplify from invitation all through to ticketing. One major benefit has been the ability to directly integration with our CRM to pull attendee data. Also, analytics offered insights on event performance, which can guide us on the next events that we will undertake.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The only thing I can say that I find a little irritating about Splash is that the customer support often takes a long time to get back. Regarding the issues we face, it can sometimes take a long time before one gets help and this makes it hard for us solve problems as they arise. Furthermore, despite the multiple features available on the platform, a number of these are not user friendly, and it takes a lot of time to learn them, again causing delays when preparing an event.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash adequately meets our requirements for complete event management since it offers a set of tools for creating event web pages, attendees’ registration, and ticketing. This has helped us to reduce the time and effort required to organise and hold excellent events. One benefit of the chosen CRM integration is better attendee data management, which helps to improve follow up and interaction with participants. This has certainly enhanced the organization of events and the results thus achieved.

  ### 21. Managing events was never simplier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tylor E. | Senior Event Coordinator, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

For me, Splash most stands out in its ability to plan, schedule, and document events fully. This has become easy to come up with beautiful event pages and the management of RSVPs, which forms a major part of our marketing. We have integrated Splash with our CRM tool to automatically capture attendee data and follow up processes. Splash also offering analytics for the events which is a great tool to measure outcomes and improve the process. This has helped enhance our event planning greatly and make it less clumsy and more professional.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

A disadvantage of Splash is that the user interface and overall event management system may take time for familiarization, especially for new users. This has sometimes hampered our ability to onboard candidates efficiently and, in some cases, meant that additional training is needed. Also, the customization options are reasonable at Splash, but they have a catch as most of them are accessible only when you upgrade your plan. This can make it difficult for us to have the freedom that is required when creating event pages and this impacts the experience of the attendees.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Splash has been relevant in managing the event since it harmonizes our planning and executing of the event. It centralizes all data related to events, so managing RSVPs, communicating with the attendees or, in some cases, collecting feedback becomes much easier. This wastes a lot of time and has enhanced the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of the organised events. One area where it truly shines is through the analytics, which gives us the data necessary to improve our event plans and build better events.

  ### 22. A Field Marketer's Swiss Army Knife

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel A. | Sr. Field Marketing Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Turnkey versatility to create, edit and manage Event landing pages. This has been a game changer for our Field Marketing Teams.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The inability to host a file on a Spash page

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With big B2B pipeline goals to generate, this tool allows us to grow and scale our events strategy at an unprecidented pace.

  ### 23. A 360° solution for your marketing actions at any level.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saúl R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

- Regardless of the type of event we hold and its format, we can keep a detailed customer journey record by connecting to our CRM.
- The fact that we can save templates, instructions, data, etc... saves us a lot of time and allows us to react much faster to the needs of the company.
- It is so easy to use that for the creation of a landing page, the sending of invitations, the registration as well as various reportings you don't need 4 people but one person can take care of everything without any problems.
- In our case the implementation and integration has been easy (we use MS Dynamics) thanks also to the customer support we have had before, during and after signing the contract with Splash.
- We use the tool very often for different event formats (from online, hybrid to face-to-face) and they all work perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

- There is nothing to improve. Even the only drawback is that there is no Splash partner in the European Union to give trainings, but even this has never been a problem: they have always adapted to our schedules and we have always received an answer within 24 hours. Thanks!!

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From customer journey tracking to concrete analysis of the main KPIs we have (especially for online events), Splash has offered us solutions for all of this.

Mobile Check-in App: The mobile check-in app makes on-site events much smoother, and helps paper guest lists and enhances efficiency during the event check-in process.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Sometimes the site is a little glitchy and requires refreshing. This can be frustrating when you're crunched for time, but... overall not at all a big deal.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting attendees to regsiter for events can be tough, and tracking RSVPs can be a pain. Splash has helped streamline the basics of event promotion and RSVP management.

  ### 27. Review of Splash

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julien A. | Regional Marketing Manager Western Europe, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

User friendly. Easy to set up with little onboarding on the tool

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some features are hard to find. to customize some parts of the registration page for instance

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Save time for quickly set up and update the registration page
Easy customization of the page, the form, etc..

  ### 28. Solid Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I like the ability to customize according to our brand guidelines, or even to the design for a specific event. Also, the ability to create templates and duplicate an event is great. We also find value with the integration with Salesforce so we are able to clearly track which prospects or clients are registering and coming to our events. Also, the feedback is that the platform is relatively easy to pick up and become at least proficient in a short amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The support is good, but I do wish we had more immediate response to questions or troubleshooting. I get that this is tough to scale and I believe more premium packages offer quicker support, but sometimes we're in a bind and just need some simple guidance.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host a number of live in-person events, and Splash enables us to scale up a nicely designed page for people to review information about an event, and to register for it. The speed to produce a new page (especially from a template or a previously created page) is a huge. Also the integration with Salesforce allows us to better track registrations / attendance and showcase the status to the sales and services team that work with that client. We can also more easily attribute revenue and feature adoption with this integration.

  ### 29. Splash is great!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Venture Capital & Private Equity | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I like that Splash integrates all of the different steps of event planning all in one platform. Once you really learn the capabilities of the platform, you can do a lot to customize the guest experience from start to finish.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The issue with Splash at my organization is that there is a huge learning curve for non-designers. After 2+ years being the primary person on the team that uses it and teaching over 5 people how to make pages, I am still asked to complete simple tasks like sending emails to guests. Also, the bounce rate of emails is too high, and the fact that when people unsubscribe, its from all of our events, is really frustrating.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

collecting RSVPs, having a high quality event page/invite to send to people that can provide more information then something like paperless post, being able to manage hundreds of guests or events with complex agendas.

  ### 30. Best Webpage creation tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Its so easy to use. When I was onboarding this was the first tool that I got used to it so quickly! Very easy to use, easy to follow the steps, and make the page go live. It also helps in tracking unique UTM source links that make my job easier!

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Sometimes, if the data is lost we cant retrieve it. This makes the job much more difficult. If we change event 1 setting, the other data is lost too. Just if this changes it would be helpful.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy live page creations
Tracking unique parameters for webinars
Easy RSVP email templates
Easy reminder emails.
Getting unique tracking links for sales people

**Official Response from Haley Kaplan:**

> Thank you for the review. We're so happy Splash is working for organizing your events. If we can help you with anything, just let us know.

Splash is a great tool for event pages! It's very customizable and easy to use. The Splash team also hosts some educational virtual events which help inspire for our virtual events.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

We only use it to create event pages - the process at first can be a little tedious as you want to make sure all the fields look good but then you can start to clone your event pages.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash is making our event pages more exxciting and driving to better registraion numbers which leads to more pipline!

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

We've been using it for 6+ years so obviously there are a lot of elements we like - license levels, templates, ticketed v non-ticketed, seamless intergrations, auto emails, etc.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some of the more complex area of customisation aren't that intuitive.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it as our event platform for over 6 years - we had the ability to pivot it during Covid to support virtual events. It's easy to use across our global team and all essential data flows into Hubspot and SFDC.

  ### 35. Splash Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulina B. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I like the user experience and integrations with key systems such as Salesforce.

Spalsh makes it easy for event planning from end to end and smooth guest experience.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Our first time using it the Salesforce integration didn't work. Which was the most important part of acquiring it. I would like more customer support from our account team.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User check in, landing page creation, salesforce integration

  ### 36. Splash assistance

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Site design is beautiful and user friendly

Friendly customer service

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some limited capabilities - unable to edit landing / password pages as freely as we'd like

Invites often go to spam

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual RSVP tracking for larger scale events where we need to collect lots of info from attendees

  ### 37. Easy to use tools, customer support is limited and restrictive

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Putting together an event page is easy and intuitive

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

When I attempted to use my domain's DNS to access the splash-powered page, the company said "No" , even though they are making money on every single ticket sold (hundreds in my case). Not user friendly or forward-thinking and will provent me from choosing it for other events that I lead in the future. It would take them about a minute to configure their servers to support my DNS CNAME definition.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketing and selling tickets to my (non-profit) event, which hundreds of people will attend.

  ### 38. Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is a great tool for event registration management. I love how quick and efficient their support team is. I appreciate them providing a step by step instructions on how to tackle my issues.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

There's a few design challenges that I run into that aren't as intuitive as I'd like, but customer support always helps me out on them.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handles our event registrations, ability to waitlist attendees as needed.

  ### 39. Super versatile and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Using splash allows me to edit event details as quickly as they change which is really helpful when working in such a large company that requires lots of tickets to edit pages on URLs.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Sometimes adding in a picture or piece of text can be very clunky and isn't as simple to just add and move it to where it's desired on a page.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash allows on demand changes to be made to agendas and other event aspects.
It also allows other ad hoc utilisation amongst other teams in the business.

  ### 40. Splashthat is a great event automation platform

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Event registration and management with an ease

  ### 41. Splash and its friendly Interface

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Limitations to the design features is what I dislike

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 42. Solid solution, great customer service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash has allowed me to scale event management across our entire B2B sales organization. The ability for me to control event creation through a form, to feed a specific theme based on the event is a huge part of what makes our self-service event management a success. If a current product doesn't exist, the team at Splash are all ears trying to create a solution while the product is added to the roadmap. Their customer service team is great about both educating the user while working along-side them to solve any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some products within the Splash platform leave much to be desired - i.e. their breakout sessions functionalitly. This is something that has been on the roadmap for a number of years and the current end product is a poor user experience for the event owners as well as our invitees. Would also love for there to be more support for non-English languages through translations, etc.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our teams execute or participate in hundreds of events every single year, and at least half of the time, our company's involvement in the event is from event creation to final execution. These events would be far too much for my team to manage on our own, and Splash allows us to have a seamless process where individual contributors can create their event within an approved template, invite partners and source feedback following the event. Even the check-in process is very seamless and simple to execute on-site. Without a platform like Splash, our teams would be going rogue, not referencing a process or playbook, and our events and company branding would be incredibly inconsistent. Splash allows me to have the right amount of control over these events without having to do a heavy touch or consultation with each one.

  ### 43. Easy and convenient Microsite Building interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Userfriendly and simple to use. Very responsive customer support.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Limited theme and template options available.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps in building easy sites for event registrations.

  ### 44. Quick and helpful support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grace H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is a great platform for event hosting, both in person and virtual. Easy to contact attendees by email and check in attendees at the event. The virtual event setup is also really easy to use and a good experience for users. I also appreciate how quickly their support responds to my tickets - I usually get a response in hours.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

Some of the ways that the pages are set up can be confusing and counter intuitive.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps our business host event pages that are quick and easy to edit ourselves, and creates easy ways to contact event attendees.

  ### 45. Easy to use event registration and management tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Splash is extremely easy to use and navigate on both the back end and as an end-user. We use Splash for event registration, landing pages, event emails and Splash Studio for our virtual events and webinars. Their Splash Studio is makes it very easy to put on virtual events. Attendees can easily access the platform (after using them a year, we haven't yet once had anyone reach out about issues logging in!) and it's easy for speakers to login, as well. Splash landing pages are simple and clean, I can whip up a registration page in only a few minutes. I also love that you can fully brand Splash with your own branding, vanity URL, and from/reply-to emails. Customer support has always been helpful.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It feels like many of the extras and services come at an additional fee. Things that you assume are something you can simply set up on your own like integrations require their services at an added cost. Fees per user is also not ideal and their webpage builder tool can be a bit hard to use at times if you aren't working from a pre-made template.
As far as Splash Studio, the only thing I don't like is how long it takes for recordings to be uploaded after a virtual event concludes (sometimes an entire day).

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed an event registration and webinar tool all in one that could allow our event team create custom branded events and landing pages quickly and easily.

  ### 46. A great application to use for most of your event needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

The design is really sleek and it's easy to pull together.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I wish there was a Zoom integration so that when peope RSVP, they get a calendar invite with a Zoom link attached.

Also, when people join the event, the splash page should direct people the livestream or Zoom call.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of RSVPs. I wish Splash would also design a nice participant list for you.

  ### 47. Empowers event teams with web capabilities and so much more.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

In my work with events, I have been slowed down by lack of web resources internally or slow turn around from other teams. Splash allows my event team to remove that reliance on other teams who are busy. As a marketer, web skills are not a top skillset for me, but Splash has empowered me to finally harness the web skills I lacked, and their platform allows me to not start from scratch. I like the branding guidance they provide at the start then seeing how that branding is applied to a large library of templates provides a lot of options immediately. The platform seems to have been built by events specialists based on the features and options that are included. Overall, I like that Splash added a new and needed skillset for me and my team. The capabilities are very extensive.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It's got a bit of a steep learning curve especially if web has not been a primary skill for you. The Splash team provides plenty of guidance and resources but be prepared to learn a lot in the process. The user interface is a little confusing at times but generally fun to figure out. There are a ton of options and capabilities which means you can do just about anything that you have ideas for. But the platform is not 'simple'. However, having a web platform for events that event teams can learn and use is worth it. After using it more and more, you get the hang of it and won't want to do events without Splash.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash reduces our reliance on web dev resources so that event teams can do more on our own and faster. It also has a lot of nice built in features that enhance the experience for your guests that would be manual processes in other platforms. Before Splash, I had limited capabilities with event landing pages, hubs and event management - with Splash the options are endless which helps us scale and get creative with every event we do.

  ### 48. Very good event tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Splash?**

Easy to use, very customizable and replicable tool.
I can create event LPs within 15 minutes and publish them to guests.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

It could be a little easier to use the event page interfaces (sometimes they are very blocked)

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash helps me solve all the registration and LP creation for events we do.

  ### 49. Splash helps us with events and ticketing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heather G. | Industry Engagement Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I think the user interface of splash is very easy to learn. Their online instructional videos have a good sense of humor. We are currently planning 6 events using splash and it's very easy to collect registrants data, send calendar invites, confirmations and other reminders.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

The main downside is that they take a cut of the payments- so I have to pay both stripe and splash for my ticketed events. But it's still much easier than requesting checks from payees.

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So many things used to have to be done manually. Splash streamlines our event and ticketing in one place and makes it really easy for me. A few of the things it automates: confirmaiton emails, reciepts, remidners, calendar invites, and setting the limit of the total tickets we can sell. These were all things we had to do manually before for our career fairs and team events.

  ### 50. Field Marketers: Simplify Your Life with Splash

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Splash?**

I am not a designer by any means, yet I have never created an event on Splash that looked anything less than beautiful. The best part? It also only takes me minutes to create. As a field marketer with a ton on my plate and a ton of events to execute from beginning to end, Splash makes every step of the event lifecycle simpler. With the Salesforce integration, I'm able to connect all of my registration data back to SFDC campaigns, preventing me from having to manually upload or update attendee data. This is one of my favorite parts of this platform because I remember how miserable I was doing it the old way. Splash absolves you from every manual process you've ever associated with managing a scaled field event program. I think the only thing it can't do is secure a venue for you.

Whether you are a team of 1 or a team of 100, you need to have Splash for your event marketing programs. Trust me. No other event tool compares to the simplicity and scalability of Splash.

**What do you dislike about Splash?**

I dislike that I don't currently have Splash at my new job (yet). :)

**What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Splash solves the problem of scalability. I'm able to quickly create beautiful, on-brand events in minutes. With other platforms, if it's beautiful, it's complicated to build; if it's quick and easy to build, it's ugly to look at. I love that I don't have to make those compromises when I use Splash.
