Since signing up for Splash over a year ago, I've seen countless features we've requested be added to the arsenal. **What do you dislike about Splash?** I've heard through the grapevine Splash will be initiating a help desk call center. It would be great to be able to speak on the phone with a real person when you get in a bind. **What problems is Splash solving and how is that benefiting you?** Splash gave us access to our own metrics dashboard which has made all the difference in tracking ROI for our events. I'm able to quickly and easily update images, icons, fonts and text with zero hassle. I've also created templates for other individuals on my team to customize for their events. Sometimes I tweak things here and there, but it's much easier than designing event landing pages from scratch for every event. Splash also has awesome training sessions. Their onboarding process was seamless, and the customer success team was quick to respond to any/all of my questions! **What do you dislike about Splash?** Sometimes the platform is a little buggy or slow.
