The automated activity logging is hands down my favorite feature. It pulls every client email, call and meeting recap automatically, so I never have to chase sales colleagues for conversation details or waste time manually updating CRM entries. The account health dashboards are built for B2B tech clients, and the churn risk warnings let me resize our GDPR-compliant hybrid cloud storage and compute ahead of contract renewals. The bidirectional ERP sync is another huge win; it links customer purchased service tiers to our actual cloud resource allocation, making audit cross-checks far smoother and preventing unnecessary over-provisioning of infrastructure. Spiro’s out-of-the-box privacy settings aren’t built to fit German GDPR and ISO 27001 requirements. There’s no native toggle to lock all client data to EU servers, nor customizable tiered retention policies for archived customer records. We had to build custom middleware just to pass annual audits. It also doesn’t offer native integrations for our DevOps monitoring tools Grafana and Prometheus. If I want to compare client account health with real-time cloud consumption data, I have to export two separate CSV files and manually merge them in Excel every week. No pre-made DevOps widgets or dashboard templates exist for our hybrid cloud workflows either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
