While there are plenty of alternatives on the market, SpinOne easily stands out due to its effortless implementation and exceptional post-sales support. The customer service is top-tier—whether it’s guiding you through the onboarding process or resolving day-to-day issues, their team is highly responsive, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. While I love how comprehensive the data backup capabilities are, there is room for improvement regarding backup source flexibility. Currently, the system is restricted to backing up when users have an active license in Google Workspace.
