Following initial set up and training, this has now automated so much of our processing and removes the manual scanning/ uploading of the documents. The rules allow you to be a specific as you want with a lot of info and who you want the approvals going to which is great and again removes so much manual chasing internally for price mis-matching or goods not booked in yet etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Improvements would include exporting details of rules for review, ability to process credit notes, better search/ filters for documents on the portal. E.g. if you search for a supplier Account, then select once invoice to view and it is not the one you want, it doesn't hold the search and you have to start again.
