What do you like best about Spiky?

I like that Spiky is super easy to use and quick to get started with, with lots of customization and features to explore. It automatically joins and records my calls, creates transcripts and summaries, and gives me good insights from meetings that I might otherwise miss. The recording accuracy is very good, and I can download the transcription and use it with other tools. I also like that it connects with my HubSpot CRM and feeds meeting information into it, so I don’t have to remember to record calls. The setup only takes a few clicks. What do you dislike about Spiky?

I’m happy with Spiky, but I’d like the video recording quality to be higher. It’s decent, though not very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spiky gives me really good insights from meetings that I generally missed before. It accurately records my sales calls on a dashboard, connects with HubSpot, and automatically records calls, creates transcripts, sends summaries, and feeds the information into my CRM, so I don’t have to remember to record.
