What do you like best about Spiky?

Honestly, I really appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the integrations it offers with other industry platforms (like HubSpot and Claude). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

I can’t think of anything that bothered me too much. If I had to point to something, though, I’d say the per-user pricing could use a small discount. Mid-sized companies—those that aren’t too big and aren’t too small—seem to be the most affected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spiky helps us keep track of the small yet powerful details in our day-to-day sales work. Things like a user’s impression of a competitor’s software, scheduled renewal dates, and the times of year when they need a solution most. Normally, a rep would jot these down in their own words, but Spiky helps keep them objective and stored so we can review and use them later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
