What do you dislike about Spiky?

What problems is Spiky solving and how is that benefiting you?

For Zingtree, Spiky has been useful beyond just sales calls. We use it across regular meetings too, and I like that it helps surface signals and key takeaways without having to go back through the whole conversation. It makes it easier to catch important themes, follow-ups, and things we might otherwise miss. Overall, it saves time and gives us a better sense of what’s actually happening across meetings.
