What do you like best about Spike.sh?

I personally like Spike. Setting up integrations takes no time. Setting alerts is so easy with Spike. We love their On-call alerts. Spike integration with other collaborating platforms such as LINEAR, JIRA, ZENDESK which is great. Earlier we used to switch between the apps to create tickets on linear but with spike dashboard and with only one click we can create tickets on Linear, Zendesk, JIRA Etc. What do you dislike about Spike.sh?

What problems is Spike.sh solving and how is that benefiting you?

During our work, we often need to switch between different platforms support tickets during the incidents. It took a little time to do it manually which got sometimes annoying to our team members as we need to resolve the incident at the same time. Spike has collaborated with such platforms and made it easier for engineers to switch on the tabs to create tickets on different platforms. This has brought a major relief to our team.
