What do you like best about Sphere?

We looked at a few different options for compliance - Sphere’s offerings were definitely the most complete and allowed us to use them as our only point of contact, since they cover everything from registration to calculation and filing all over the world.

Their in-Slack support service is incredibly fast and helpful, and whenever we've requested a feature, it's been in production in a matter of days. Extremely impressive.

They also helped us navigate our VAT obligations and liabilities across Europe with a depth of knowledge we couldn't have easily accessed otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sphere?

What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staying compliant across regions as we scale (and EU VAT in particular) was becoming a real issue, and most solutions we found were overly complex and expensive.
