What do you like best about Sphere?

They provide end-to-end automation across registration, calculation, and filing for the US and the rest of the world, which we haven’t seen in any other platform. What really stood out for us is that this is the second company where I’ve brought Sphere in: I first implemented it at Revela and liked it enough that rolling it out again at Crisp was an easy decision. What do you dislike about Sphere?

What problems is Sphere solving and how is that benefiting you?

Across multiple entities in NetSuite, tax used to be a major source of complexity. Sphere’s NetSuite integration makes it easy to manage, and whenever we need help, their support team is consistently excellent. I’ve implemented Sphere at two companies now, and it’s reassuring to know I don’t have to think about tax anymore—it’s simply handled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
