The dedicated account reps are a standout. They're attentive, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with — it feels less like a vendor relationship and more like having an extension of your own team. What do you dislike about Spendflo?

Our primary goal in using Spendflo is to generate savings on new procurement and renewals. While we have seen some savings, they haven't been as material as we initially hoped. That said, it's hard to attribute this directly to Spendflo — market conditions for SaaS pricing are what they are, and it's clear the team puts in genuine effort on our behalf. Spendflo helps us streamline our SaaS evaluation and procurement process. When our team identifies a need or is testing a new tool, Spendflo steps in with relevant solutions or provides meaningful insight into what we're already evaluating. This saves us significant time we'd otherwise spend on independent research and vendor negotiations — letting our team stay focused on core work rather than procurement logistics.
