What do you like best about Spendesk?

What I appreciate most about Spendesk is the simplicity and centralization of expense management on a single platform. Purchase requests and approval workflows are smooth, virtual cards empower employees while maintaining control over expenses, and expense report management is significantly simplified. Budget tracking also provides good visibility on incurred expenses, both for managers and the Finance team. As a CFO, Spendesk allows us to save time on administrative tasks, reduce unnecessary exchanges, and strengthen financial control, while giving more autonomy to teams. What do you dislike about Spendesk?

Even though Spendesk is generally a good solution, several aspects could be improved. We occasionally notice platform slowdowns and some inconsistencies in the data or displayed results, which can hinder usability and sometimes require additional checks. The user experience could also be more intuitive. Some features or information are not always easy to find, and navigation could be simplified. Finally, the main weakness remains, in my opinion, the integration with our accounting software. It is still too incomplete to meet our needs, to the point that we do not use it. This forces us to maintain manual processes and limits the productivity gains expected from a solution like Spendesk. In summary, Spendesk is an effective tool for managing expenses upfront, but improvements in reliability, ergonomics, and especially accounting integration would make it a much more complete solution. What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spendesk primarily allows us to structure and centralize the company's expense management, replacing processes previously scattered among emails, Excel files, and manual exchanges. The platform addresses several important challenges: simplifying purchase requests and their validation, giving more autonomy to employees through payment cards, facilitating expense report management, and improving visibility on incurred expenses. For the Finance team, the main benefit is a significant time saving in the daily processing of expenses, with fewer administrative tasks, better traceability of operations, and strengthened control of financial commitments. Spendesk also helps to empower managers by giving them better visibility on their budgets and directly involving them in the approval processes.
