What do you like best about Spendesk?

What I value most is the control and visibility Spendesk gives me, without slowing the teams down. Employees can spend within clear limits, I can approve what matters in just a few clicks, and I get a real-time view of company spending. Overall, it gives my team back a lot of time. What do you dislike about Spendesk?

There’s very little I dislike. My main wish is for Spendesk to expand its local coverage to more countries, such as Norway, where we also operate. Having the same level of local support there that we have in our other markets would make it even more valuable for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spendesk helps us manage spending across several countries from a single platform. Previously, card payments, approvals, and supplier invoices required a lot of manual follow-up. Now employees can pay for what they need within clear limits, requests move through defined approval workflows, and bookkeeping is handled automatically through the integration with our accounting tool. For me, that translates into stronger control, cleaner month-end data, and a finance team that spends less time on admin and more time on analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
