"Spendesk Streamlined Procurement to Payment Across the Business"

What do you like best about Spendesk?

Spendesk has genuinely automated our full workflow from procurement to payment. Requests get routed for approval automatically, cards and payments are issued right from the platform, and invoices flow straight through to reconciliation without manual chasing. What used to be a fragmented process across email, spreadsheets and separate approval steps is now one connected flow, which has saved our finance team real time each month and given us much better visibility into spend as it happens rather than after the fact. What do you dislike about Spendesk?

The initial integration with Business Central was a bit bumpy, with some setup and mapping issues that took time to work through. It has since stabilized and now runs smoothly, but the early rollout could have been more straightforward. What problems is Spendesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Spendesk, our procurement to payment process was spread across email approvals, manual PO tracking and separate steps for card spend, invoices and reconciliation. That made it hard to see committed spend in real time and created extra manual work for the finance team each month. With Spendesk, requests, approvals, card issuing and invoice processing all run through one platform, so we can see spend as it happens rather than after the fact. This has cut down the time our team spends chasing approvals and matching invoices, and it has given us much better control over budgets and cost centers across the business.
