I like how Spendesk is really usable and intuitive. The app is great for making approving expenses and adding receipts far easier. It's super useful to have all our accounts payable in one place. The fact that it integrates very well with NetSuite simplifies our month-end process significantly. We use Spendesk across our group entities for bookkeeping, expenses, approval requests, and invoice payments, which helps us keep everything clearly documented. Sometimes the Netsuite connection is a bit dodgy, either not working or syncing randomly. It doesn't always work without giving a good reason or takes hours to export expenses. It's also occasionally frustrating to try to get skilled support beyond what the account manager can provide, as it's sometimes hard to get hold of the technical team directly and instead have to discuss issues via an account manager or intermediary.
