On a general note: Flexibility in configurations, proactive attitude and creativeness towards problem solving, and their mindset on prioritizing must haves and iterating to achieve perfection over time.

On a more deeper level: I find it specifically impactful to have a single onboarding flow that is connected to AI powered solutions and integrated to external resources to get information from registries. This helps performance greatly for both ourselves and our customers, who will be able to go straight to validating rather than spending countless time finding and populating information.
