There’s a natural change curve with any new tool. While the platform is intuitive, there are so many features and capabilities that users may not always know how to take full advantage of them. I also think there’s an opportunity to expand its deal intelligence capabilities, especially given the connections to our knowledge base, Gong, and Salesforce.
