What do you like best about Spekit?

It has been wildly successful with allowing us to provide in-flow support to new leaders across our company. Additionally, the support we get from our Spekit team member Josh is incredibly helpful. He constantly checks in and makes himself available so we can pick his brain, learn where to improve, and discuss additional strategies for adoption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spekit?

There has not been a piece I dislike thus far. Any questions we have or feedback we have in an area, Josh has been receptive and gets us answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spekit solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has allowed us to speed up support and understanding early in the onboarding process for new leaders. It has also provided ease of accessing job aids, SOPs, etc., for our team in the workflow of where they need it most. Historically, we have used Google Drive to store all of our material. This limitation had leaders navigating away from their workflow to the drive for answers, only to get lost on where they started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
