"Making Transcription and Content Creation Much More Manageable"

What do you like best about Speechmatics?

What I like most about Speechmatics is how easy it is to work with recorded audio. As a dietician, nutritionist, and health content creator, I often create health awareness content and sometimes need to review recordings before using the information in educational material. The transcription is accurate enough for my day-to-day work and the timestamps make it easier to go back to specific parts of a recording when needed. I also find speaker identification useful when there are multiple people in a discussion. It keeps the transcript more organized and easier to follow. For longer recordings, the summary and topic-related features help me get a quick understanding of the main discussion points without reviewing everything from the beginning.

Another thing I like is that Speechmatics is not limited to transcription only. Features such as real-time transcription and text to speech make it useful for different types of audio and content workflows. The platform feels straightforward, and I was able to start using it without spending much time on setup.

Performance has been good in my experience. Audio files are processed fairly quickly, and the output is generally well structured and easy to read. Overall, it helps me save time when organizing, reviewing, and repurposing health education content for documentation and content creation purposes. What do you dislike about Speechmatics?

The transcription quality is good overall, but with specialized healthcare or technical terminology, I sometimes make minor edits before finalizing content or notes. Also, Speaker identification is helpful, but in longer discussions with multiple participants, I occasionally double check the speaker labels before using the transcript for documentation purposes. What problems is Speechmatics solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me solve the problem of manually reviewing recorded audio and converting it into organized text. As a dietician, nutritionist, and health content creator, I often work with health education recordings, awareness sessions, and voice-based content. Without transcription, it takes much longer to find important information or prepare notes.

With Speechmatics, I can quickly generate transcripts, identify speakers, use timestamps to locate specific sections, and review content more efficiently. This saves time, improves documentation, and makes it easier to reuse information for educational content, social media materials, and other work-related tasks.

I also find it helpful when working with longer recordings because I can review the content much faster than listening to the entire audio again. The organized output makes it easier to keep records, extract key information, and prepare educational material when needed.
