What do you like best about SpeechIQ?

There are many ways to filter the calls and you can customize the score cards to fit your needs, and you can send the score cards to those being graded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpeechIQ?

Its not connected to other software so I still have to bring up other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SpeechIQ:

There are many filter options when searching for calls which is great if trying to find a specific call. There are a lot of useful features for scoring CSR's and you are able to send the review to employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
