What do you like best about Spectrm?

The support they provide is really good, always quick to help and friendly in the onboarding process (where we are still now in). User-friendly platform, chatbot is also what we expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spectrm?

Automation of some parts that we wanted, wasn't technically possible. First, too much hours were accounted while they would normally be included in the onboarding process. But later they adapted it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?

They help us get more traffic to our website. To upgrade the quality of our FB advertising by letting the user land on a more relevant page (lower bouncerate or higher conversion). Also lower the cost per session by following up the interactions with the chatbot, so there are multiple qualitative sessions out of 1 paid click.
