**What do you like best about Spectrm?**

Spectrm allows me to extend my paid social advertising strategy to messenger platforms with ease. They provide a scalable solution where multiple conversations can be built and scaled to multiple markets/platforms. The Spectrm team is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are always eager to test new things and quickly responsive in case there is an issue. The customer success team always thinks along with me and tries to help out with every step.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

The analytics tool can be more user-friendly as of now it takes too many "clicks" to get information. There is also no overall reporting for conversations and you need to do it per conversation, which sometimes does not give the needed "helicopter" view on the performance.

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spectrm helps me to learn more about my target prospecting audience by creating tailored conversations and it lets me engage with my audience in a more creative way.

**What do you like best about Spectrm?**

The support they provide is really good, always quick to help and friendly in the onboarding process (where we are still now in). User-friendly platform, chatbot is also what we expected.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

Automation of some parts that we wanted, wasn't technically possible. First, too much hours were accounted while they would normally be included in the onboarding process. But later they adapted it.

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us get more traffic to our website. To upgrade the quality of our FB advertising by letting the user land on a more relevant page (lower bouncerate or higher conversion). Also lower the cost per session by following up the interactions with the chatbot, so there are multiple qualitative sessions out of 1 paid click. Overall: make it easier for people to find their perfect holiday!

Spectrm provides great assistance throughout the projects. They work solution-oriented and are always available for questions. They are open to feedback, but also bring very good ideas themselves. With a lot of energy and full commitment from all people involved.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

For the first contact with Spectrm I would have liked a better, more detailed onboarding. I am a very visual person and always need lots of examples because I find the idea of a chatbot very abstract. During the cooperation, however, all questions were quickly clarified and I felt very supported by the team.

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spectrm has found an exciting approach to get in touch with potential customers. Even if the implemented use case was not yet the right one for my purposes, I'm sure we'll find a way to use their services in the future.

If you are looking for an affordable and convenient tool to build your conversations easily, Spectrm comes in very handy. The onboarding process is also very smooth otherwise if you can go for professional services to manage your project inhouse.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

Very complicated and labor-intensive to pull the data from the platform. The team should also improve the risk mitigation to avoid surprises for the end-user while deployment.

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us to manage the full funnel within the social platforms that our customers use every day. It acts as a layer for our care conversations and helps to build considerations for our product and drive users to the conversation.

It's an excellent team that is reliable responsive, and has an outstanding expertise. They immediately understood our needs and delivered an exceptional chatbot which helped us connect better with our audience. 
Despite the very short timeline, the team has remained flexible to our demands and ideas - I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. We've been working with Spectrm for almost two years, and we've always got great support and quick revert on any requests. Great teamwork!

When it comes to a technical issue, we still need a better solution and communication from the team. Some of the cases took more time than we thought.

I love the people on the Spectrm team they are very friendly and organized. They answer all our doubts and questions and work with us in a very collaborative way so we can achieve our company goals for the project. The product itself is very cool and gives a very dynamic experience to the users. The platform from what I have see also provides many tools for customization of the chat bot which can be very useful for what we want to achieve.

**What do you like best about Spectrm?**

Spectrm makes it easy to build interactive Messenger chatbots to integrate with click to Messenger campaigns. It’s simple to connect specific chatbot conversations to ads on Instagram and Facebook using the entrypoint tool. This helps test different chatbot conversations and ad combinations. When combined with conversation analytics, you can understand what works and what doesn’t. Automation tool helped send personal reminders to anyone who dropped off. This increased the engagement a lot. 

The customer success team at Spectrm is extremely engaged and responsive during both the launch process and every phase of campaign rollout afterwards. I was especially impressed with how they carefully ensured the client to understand the whole process and feel comfortable with the solutions proposed, e.g. when dealing with sensitive topics like breast cancer.

All these features and support from the Spectrm team helped us create an interactive health check up on Messenger for CoppaFeel! that beat every brand lift performance benchmark for the non-profit vertical on Facebook. It’s now a Messenger success story.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

Building all the segments for re-engagement automation takes a while and can be pretty complex. Also, not always easy to keep all the different conversations and connected ads organised.

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main problems we solved with Spectrm was engaging a young audience about potential health risks on Instagram. 
Serious topics don’t need a serious tone: Our interactive and playful adverts inviting the audience to use the bot for a self-check resonated the most with a younger audience (action intent for 18-24 year olds - 6.3pts). 
Creating an interactive health check up bot on Messenger meant we could make people comfortable with health topics in a format that was really interactive and engaging. The impact was huge. 22% of people subscribed for monthly reminders, which was a key objective for CoppaFeel as a charity. We did a Messenger brand lift test on Facebook. It showed the click to Messenger campaign performed nearly 3x higher than the industry average on every indicator. Ad recall was over 24 pts higher, campaign awareness saw a 7.9 lift and action intent was +4.9 pts.

Spectrm is a great partner and we have worked closely to launch and run various conversational marketing campaigns. They provide a powerful, easy to implement solution to enable our partners to develop an update their conversational flows independently.

In addition their customer success team is well versed in the space and provides responsive expertise to partners to ensure launching and running a conversational marketing campaign goes smoothly.

Spectrm's tools are designed to allow our partners to manage and update their own conversations independently. This can slow down the development process in cases where there is different owners for different elements, as they all need to be trained on the tool. Spectrm is great a mitigating this however by working closely with partners and providing development assistance as needed.

Conversational marketing is a powerful new way to reach end users. It does however require more technology to work well than a traditional display or rich media ad. Spectrm provides a simplified interface for partners to access and develop on the power of their platform making the creation of these campaigns open to anyone.

I’ve worked with Spectrm to launch several AdLingo conversational display ad launches via DV360 for global brands across retail, telco, b2b and ecommerce verticals. 

The Spectrm platform provides a full range of tools and features needed to build, manage, analyze and optimize conversational assistants that integrate with AdLingo ads. The customer success team is very responsive and always leans in to make clients succeed.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

Tracking and attribution can be complicated depending on the set up a brand has, especially across the multiple surfaces for display campaigns. Despite this, Spectrm is always willing to provide extensive support to mitigate these issues.

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spectrm enables us to scale personalized marketing campaigns on display in a way that’s impossible using any other format.

Conversational technology is very new, and few companies have the in-house capabilities or experience to get started. Spectrm’s platform makes design and optimizing conversational assistants connected to AdLingo and DV360 much easier. The insights and conversational AI Spectrm provides are also critical in analyzing and optimizing performance over time. Using Spectrm for AdLingo campaigns, we've seen amazing performance across a variety of brands and verticals for brand lift metrics, in-ad engagement and on-site conversions across telco, retail and ecommerce.

My customer success manager at Spectrm is very reliable and always available. I needed some time to fully understand the tool but any question/concern was solved quickly. The Spectrm tool is now easily manageable for me.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

There could be some more features integrated in the bot building part of the tool which fasten and faciliate the conversation building.
E.g. drag and drop features for some conversation parts such as carousels. 
+ the connections to product feeds could be more advanced, e.g. pull in products from several product feed fields ("and", "or" filters)

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company's aim is to reach even more potential customers by messenger campaigns in markets where messenger is very popular.
Also we are aiming to faciliate the product finding process for the user within the bot and keeping users updated on promotions,etc.

Not sure I have anything that stands out that I dislike.

Providing a method to answer basic questions related to the brand that can live across the entire internet through the display network. There have been benefits to both new customer awareness and for retargeting returning users. Biggest benefit is that the chat bot often serves as a mini funnel all on its own, introducing us and quickly carrying the user through consideration and providing an easy opportunity to convert all within the single chat bot session.

**What do you like best about Spectrm?**

Spectrm is in my opinion the leading provider of an easy to configure and quick to set-up chat bot solution, which main focus lies on launching a chat bot through the facebook messanger app and directly promoting it via the Facebook ads manager in order to create awareness and boost conversions.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

The chatbot function is limited to people who have a Facebook messanger account and it is not possible to integrate the chatbot on your webshop for example, without using Facebook as the driving force behind the chatbot or messanger plugin. It is yet not possible to integrate the chatbot directly but Spectrm is for sure working on that. On the other hand the connection is also an advantage as campaign set-up couldn't be easier.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrm:**

Spectrm is on a great way to become the no.1 go-to solution for chatbots, if you would like to implement this in your conversational marketing strategies. Sadly Facebook is just starting to focus more and more on conversational marketing and also customers still have to become fimiliar with using these kind of softwares to get what they want and to help them solve their problem or just identify with a certain brand. Due to the fact that chatbots are definitely getting bigger and bigger in the future, Spectrm is definitely something for everyone who wants to be a step ahead of their competition in terms of creativity for marketing activities and to have a technical jump ahead.

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we solved with Spectrm is to give our potential customers, who we are trying to acquire mainly via Display marketing on Facebook, a different way and more interactive form of connecting and getting to know our brand. The main benefit we experienced is, that people who have used the chat bot to get to know our brand are likely to come back to our shop if they have found what they were looking for in the bot and if they come back their Bounce Rate is way lower. Also we were able to build audiences based upon the audience insights in the Spectrm software and use this fopr potential retargeting in other campaigns and for retargeting via Facebook messages.

We were so excited about having the. opportunity to create a Boob Checking Chat Bot, but initially, I was worried building a bot would be hard, without a background in tech! However, Spectrm was really easy to use, even for me! Once you get into it, it’s intuitive in terms of the flow of how you build conversations, and we were also able to quickly update things based on the analytics to iterate and improve the experience.


Customer success couldn’t be better. So nice and helpful. Even since launching, if we ever had questions we’ve been able to get answers really fast.


The Messenger bot we built with Spectrm was so successful Facebook said it was one of their highest ever brand lift campaigns in our sector. Ad recall was more that double the usual benchmark and awareness of the bot and CoppaFeel was very high. Facebook told us it was way above the standard for ad campaigns of this kind.

**What do you dislike about Spectrm?**

The thing I found most challenging was the mini-map, which helps you to navigate the conversation overview. Because our conversations would get pretty complex, the map felt a bit overwhelming when I tried to navigate through it. But once I got used to that it was all very intuitive.

Some of the more complex features like retargeting automation and segmentation had a steeper learning curve, but customer success was very helpful in setting this up with us.

**Recommendations to others considering Spectrm:**

Do it! The idea of building a Bot was quite scary, but my concerns were unfounded. The platform was easy to use an intuitive, even for someone with limited 'tech' experience. Customer success couldn’t be better. So nice. So helpful. Nicholas from Customer Success bent over backwards to help us do this and everyone we've spoken to Spectrm has been fantastic. That’s not always the experience. As a charity, it's always nice to hear that people are excited because it’s a good cause, but that doesn't always translate into action, and throughout the process we all felt really supported and inspired. Even since launching if we ever had questions about stuff we’ve been able to get answers really fast.

**What problems is Spectrm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a breast cancer education charity, we were setting out to achieve a behaviour change that is usually only possible in person. Influencing behaviour in a digital environment is a real challenge for us, it's difficult to encourage young people to check themselves regularly without the reassurance that can be given in a persion-to-person interaction (you're doing this right, keep it up!). Spectrm helped achieve the scale we wanted with an interactive format that guided our audience in real-time. Our young audience are digital natives so being able. to reach them in their native environement (on social media) was a crucial factor in the bot's success. The response was amazing and we definitely achieved that objective.


Our brand lift study on Facebook showed we performed 2-3x higher with Spectrm than the industry average on every major brand lift metric. Ad recall was +24.2 pts, campaign awareness was +7.9 lift and action intent was +4.9 pts.


The automated messaging through the platform was pivotal. Being able to offer a regular reminder through it helped re-engage our audience.


22% of people subscribed for a Messenger reminder. Engagement was much higher than we expected. We were driving traffic through ads, so this was a lot of people’s first interaction with CoppaFeel!. Because of that we expected the likelihood that someone would subscribe to be much lower since we were unknown to them. That definitely wasn’t the case.

Spectrm has a very intuitive, easy-to-use conversation builder and really useful analytics. After initial onboarding, we were able to continuously optimize our experience and performance. Spectrm’s team was also very helpful with best-practices and recommendations.

Custom reports of our customer insights and the chatbot’s performance should be easier but they were very supportive in providing all the data we needed.

Many of us are used to old school ways of reaching customers:  tedious tracking, manually defined audiences, expensive and time consuming customer research surveys.  The chatbots I built with Spectrm obliterated all the old, resource-zapping methods and replaced them with an easy way to capture boatloads of insights on my target audiences that I was then able to easily port into my marketing campaigns. 

One of the Click to Messenger Facebook campaigns I ran with Spectrm's chatbot had engagement rates that were through the roof. We automated personalized re-engagement messages for every drop-off. 4 out of every 5 customers we engaged with on Facebook performed the action I wanted them to take - that's an 80% success rate. I've never seen that type of performance with any other partner or channel.

I was apprehensive that building out the chatbot, setting up the retargeting, connecting my campaigns, and exporting insights would be a hassle, but the platform was intuitive.  Additionally, their customer success were responsive at every step and anticipated all my questions.

There is quite a lot of functionality in the platform that can be a lot to digest.  They've built the product to serve any need or use case, ranging from brand objectives to dr performance goals, so make sure you are clear on what you want to achieve before you start building out.

Very smooth, self-explanatory access to building Messaging Chatbots yourself. After initially learning the basic functions, one can easily build great Chatbot conversations for Facebook Messenger. Still, if there is an issue with one of the platform's functions, Spectrm's staff is beyond helpful and will support you with the best Do's and Dont's.

Reporting gets a little difficult over a long time span -one small thing that still has to be fixed in my opinion.
