I use Spectrio for on-hold messaging service, and it really helps us keep customers on the phone during busy times, allowing us to finish sales. I like how their customer support is incredibly prompt, friendly, and effective. The ease of use is also a big plus—it's just an email and then I receive our on-hold messaging.
