The best thing about Specright is that COOLA now uses it as our SOLE source of truth. Prior to its implementation, we used multiple excel shared docs and couldn't track the revisioning on anything. Gone are those days! We are now in full control of our data and can effortlessly run reports when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Potential downsides: honestly, the Salesforce user authenticator gets a bit tedious (which necessitates logging in each and every time), and signs you out after time-lapsed inactivity. Other than that, the platform itself is wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
