I like that SpeakUp® is quite easy to customize and configure, which is important for us as administrators. The customer service team from SpeakUp® is very professional and helpful, usually responding within twenty-four hours, which I really appreciate. It's also great that they take each request seriously, even if some recommendations for change might be too complex or difficult to implement. I feel like my voice matters, and I enjoy that we can build the platform together.
