I like the different options on the Speakable platform that I can use to make full lessons. I am also able to do gradual release of supports. I really like the visuals that come from the AI-generated content. It does a really good job of making it look like a picture, not just clipart. Lastly, I like how much it mimics the WIDA access. I don't like that I'm not able to give a student more chances after I assign the lesson. If they get two chances to get a response and write "I don't know" or just letters, I can't give them more chances. It's really difficult if a student bombed the assessment and I have a conference with them and want to give them another opportunity to make it right. I would like to be able to reset their chances. The initial setup was a little difficult just because it was not approved in my district for use on student Chromebooks. I had to go through the process of getting it approved, which was a timely process that took a couple of months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
