I like Sparrow for making my leave and medical process much easier with the online portal where I could access and organize all my documents and leave calendar. The portal was easy to access with any Google account, and it helped keep everything connected and organized. I also appreciate Sparrow's coordination with HR and the medical side, along with the wide range of accessibility to their support team, which made the entire process streamlined and accessible. It worked really well and was easy and robust to navigate. The setup was fast, maybe two or three minutes, and straightforward, similar to using Google Drive.
