What do you like best about Sparkroom?

The software has a ton of functionality and a great customer service team. If and when we have any issues or questions, they are always answered within hours, with 100% satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkroom?

Software can be a little hard to navigate. It needs to be built for better user experience, but with time I'm sure the interface will allow new users to learn it faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sparkroom:

The system is very detailed and houses a lot of data, so you have to learn how to customize reports. Once you're in the system though, it gets easier to use. Some of the processes can be tedious sometimes, so you just have to learn the ropes and different areas of where to fix one feature or issue.This can be frustrating at times if this is your first time in the system, but the support team is great at answering questions and I've always had a positive customer experience. What problems is Sparkroom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sometimes the downloads are slow, and the limited navigation of views can be difficult, but all in all the functionality is great and has allowed the business to streamline processes easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
