What do you like best about SparkLabs?

Our company has used Viscosity as a VPN tool for years and we've had relatively smooth success with it. It was easy to deploy onto new hire laptops and the setup process was simple for folks that aren't super tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SparkLabs?

We have since moved from SparkLabs' Viscosity to the AWS VPN Client simply because we wanted more network information and data. The AWS VPN Client was able to provide us the information and client data we needed to further benefit our IT Team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SparkLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allowed us to have one main VPN tool across the company. We've benefited from Viscosity but we are now transitioning to an Okta/AWS workspace instead of a Duo/Viscosity workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
