What do you like best about Sparkbay?

Answering the surveys are a walk-in-the-park. They literally take less than a minute. The software is easy to understand and the questions are well designed. Sparkbay makes it easy to understand the data so we're able to drive positive changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sparkbay?

What problems is Sparkbay solving and how is that benefiting you?

We used to do in-house surveys. But the time and effort required to design them and collect the results was making the process ineffective. So we ended up doing them only a few time a year. With Sparkbay, employees are automatically surveyed on a regular basis and the results are provided in real time. We're also able to get deeper analysis than before, which make it easier to implement the right initiative for the right people.
