What do you like best about Spark.work?

Spark.work keeps all employee information and processes in one place, making daily HR work much more organized and efficient. It helps track vacations, day-offs, birthdays, 1:1s, and employee data, while also allowing employees to submit requests directly through the platform. What do you dislike about Spark.work?

Sometimes it can take a few extra steps to complete simple actions, and some features are not always easy to find immediately. For example, when handling requests, you may need to press “respond” first and then separately approve or decline, which makes the process feel a bit less intuitive.
