What do you like best about Spark Hire?

It's wonderful to have potential candidates have the ability to do an interview at any hour of the day. It gives them the opportunity to take their time and put thought into the process. In the past it was always very difficult to lineup interviews or to be able to have somebody do an interview in person. But with this program and them having the ability to work at a reasonable time for them it allows us to see the best of people. We received so many more responses than we ever did for in person interviews. The program is versatile and allows us to create and sculpt the types of questions and thoughts that we want to execute. What do you dislike about Spark Hire?

For the time that we have used it I truly haven't come across any aspect of dislike. And I am a few years into the process at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned before the benefits are being able to bring out the best in people and receiving more responses. I love the ability to rate the people and channel I to make it easier and faster to access them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
