Spark Hire has a lot of features that help streamline hiring, especially for a small hiring team. It is very user friendly for the hiring team, and has lots of integrations including to ADP and Hire Right. The integrations to job boards has resulted in increased applicant pools. The support and onboarding is fabulous, which made it easier and less daunting to get up and running. The onboarding support is very responsive and helpful.
