What do you like best about Spark Hire?

What do you dislike about Spark Hire?

The biggest limitation for us has been managing multiple interview rounds within the same requisition. Having more flexibility to send additional one-way interviews for second or final rounds would make the process easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?

Spark Hire is helping us streamline the initial screening process by giving us more insight into candidates earlier, without relying solely on resumes or scheduling live interviews. The video interviews allow us to evaluate communication, professionalism, personality, and overall fit before moving candidates further through the process. This helps us save time, focus on the strongest candidates, and move qualified candidates through the hiring process more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
