What do you like best about Spark for Teams?

Spark for Teams has transformed how our team handles email collaboration. The shared inbox feature lets me give team members access to emails without sharing passwords, which is a huge security win. The UI is exceptionally clean and intuitive — new team members can get started with minimal onboarding. The Spark AI assistant is a standout feature: it drafts replies, summarizes threads, and helps triage high-volume inboxes efficiently. What do you dislike about Spark for Teams?

The mobile app occasionally has sync delays when switching between accounts, and the notification settings could be more granular. The pricing for smaller teams can feel a bit steep compared to some alternatives, and it would be great to have more native integrations with project management tools like Asana or Jira.
