Spade's transaction enrichment coverage is genuinely impressive. A 100% fill on merchant names and categories out of the box, with match rates consistently hitting the top end of their benchmarks.
What stood out most for us was how well it handles the messier parts of a modern transaction mix: correctly identifying delivery service layering (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc. sitting in front of the actual merchant), payment processor intermediaries, and BNPL, which is exactly where raw transaction data tends to break down.
The team is also very responsive and collaborative to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing model is a bit rigid for early-stage integrations where you're still validating fit internally across finance, product, and engineering stakeholders.
On the technical side, some of the required fields for enrichment have formatting that differs across processors, which adds some friction on the integration side that ideally Spade would abstract away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
