For me, the main benefit of the Spaceti app is being able to see which seats or meeting rooms are available. It makes it quick to spot where it’s crowded versus where there’s more space, which is really useful day to day. The app is also easy to use and largely self-explanatory, and I think that matters a lot when rolling out this kind of tool across an organization. Implementation has been fairly straightforward as well, and the Spaceti team has been very helpful during onboarding and with ongoing support afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This type of tool competes with ordinary office apps like Outlook, so the Spaceti app needs to convince users to choose Spaceti instead. I would consider expanding it into more of a workspace app by incorporating additional features or integrating with other platforms, which would give users more reasons to use it.
